Dutch Top Talents Receive Libéma Open Wildcard

The Libéma Open has awarded wildcards to Dutch talents Thijs Boogaard and Mees Röttgering.

The 17-year-old Boogaard has received a wildcard for the main draw of the ATP 250 tournament. The 18-year-old Röttgering has received a spot for the qualifying tournament.

Boogaard joins a strong field of participants with top 10 players Felix Auger-Aliassime and Daniil Medvedev, top 20 players Arthur Fils and Cameron Norrie, and serving powerhouses Marin Cilic and Hubert Hurkacz. Dutch number one and two Tallon Griekspoor and Botic van de Zandschulp are also participating, as are Belgians Alexander Blockx and last year’s finalist Zizou Bergs.

The qualifying tournament also features many notable players, including Ignacio Buse, Reilly Opelka, Martin Landaluce, and Matteo Arnaldi, who defeated Griekspoor this week at Roland Garros.
