Wildcard for Van de Zandschulp

Botic van de Zandschulp has received a wildcard for Libéma Open.

Van de Zandschulp proved his ability on grass two years ago with a semi-final at the Queen’s tournament and a fourth-round finish at Wimbledon.

The 28-year-old Veenendaler is facing his second appearance on the grass courts of the Autotron ‘s-Hertogenbosch. ‘I am happy with the wildcard offered for the main tournament of Libéma Open. I am looking forward to the start of the grass season at home.’

Van de Zandschulp joins title-holder Tallon Griekspoor (ATP-27), Daniil Medvedev (ATP-5), Alex de Minaur (ATP-11), Tommy Paul (ATP-14), Ugo Humbert (ATP-17), Karen Khachanov (ATP-18) and Felix Auger-Aliassime (ATP-21), among others, in Brabant.
