After Daniil Medvedev, Felix Auger-Aliassime is the second top-10 player to take part in the Libéma Open.

The 22-year-old Canadian has already built an impressive list of honours at a young age. The current number nine on the world ranking list has been a regular in the top10 for more than a year. He managed to win both the ATP Cup and the Davis Cup for his country, and with Team World he beat Europe in the Laver Cup.

Auger-Aliassime reached the final match of an ATP tournament 13 times so far. Last year, he was the best four times. He won the title in Rotterdam, Florence, Antwerp and Basel.

At last year’s Libema Open, he had to bow to later tournament winner Tim van Rijthoven in the semi-finals.

‘I have fond memories of my first visit to Libéma Open last year. The facilities and the courts were excellent. The Dutch fans were sporty even though I played against Tim van Rijthoven in the semifinals. I am therefore looking forward to playing in ‘s-Hertogenbosch again.’

Title-holder Van Rijthoven, like Botic van de Zandschulp, Tallon Griekspoor and Marin Cilic, are also playing this year.
