Bertens and Schuurs together in doubles tournament in Rosmalen

Kiki Bertens and Demi Schuurs will play as a pair at the Libéma Open. The pair reached the final in Rosmalen in 2017. Then Dominika Cibulkova and Kirsten Flipkens proved too strong in a match tiebreak.

Last year both top players played against each other in the women’s doubles final. Schuurs won the title together with Elise Mertens by defeating Bertens and Flipkens.

Michaella Krajicek and Arantxa Rus will also participate in the women’s doubles. The pair received a wild card from the organisation.

Krajicek won the singles title in 2006 and the doubles title in 2008 together with Marina Erakovic.
