Dutch number one in action at Libéma Open

Suzan Lamens will be in action at this year’s Libéma Open. The Dutch number one broke into the top 100 of the WTA rankings this year. Lamens is currently the global number 69.

The 25-year-old player from Berkel en Rodenrijs won her first WTA title in Osaka last year. Lamens is also a regular on the Billie Jean King Cup team, where she is very successful as a leading lady.

Right after Roland Garros, where Lamens will make her debut in the main tournament, Lamens comes to the only WTA tournament in her own country.

It will be her third participation in Libéma Open. Last year, Naomi Osaka was too strong in the second round.
