Bertens again in good from, Vandeweghe exit

Kiki Bertens convincingly won the exciting match in the second round at Roland Garros against Aliaksandra Sasnovich. Holland’s number one was too strong for the player from Minsk: 6-4 6-2.
Bertens will play against Angelique Kerber in the third round. The former world number one defeated Ana Bogdan in straight seets. “I don’t think Kerber will be happy to play against me. But she plays much better than last year. I will have to serve very well and wait for my chances. I will prepare as well as I can and I will give all I have.”
Vandeweghe
The tournament in Paris is finished for CoCo Vandeweghe. Lesia Tsurenko was too strong for the 15th seeded American: 3-6 6-4 6-0. At 4-4 in the second set Tsurenko, 39th in the world rankings, won no less than 8 games on a row.
The 29-year-old Ukrainian will meet Magdalena Rybarikova in the next round. The Slovakian defeated Belinda Bencic with straight sets.
