Men’s doubles title to Melo and Kubot

Marcelo Melo and Lukasz Kubot have won the men’s doubles title of the Ricoh Open. The topseeded duo defeated Raven Klaassen and Rajeev Ram in two sets: 6-3 6-4.
A break in both sets was enough for the Brazilian/Polish pair. South-African Klaassen was the losing finalist last year on the Brabant grass. It was Kubot’s second doubles title in Rosmalen. In 2015 the Pole partnered with Ivo Karlovic to win here.
The Ricoh Open title was the third tournament victory for Melo and Kubot this year.
