Bertens and Schuurs victorious in doubles

Kiki Bertens and Demi Schuurs have reached the semi finals of the doubles tournament in Rosmalen. They defeated compatriots Arantxa Rus and Richel Hogenkamp in an equal fight:  6-3 4-6 10-8.

Another nail-biting match was the confrontation between Dominika Cibulkova/Kirsten Flipkens and Timea Babos/Andrea Hlavackova. The latter duo were highest placed but victory went to the Slovakian/Belgian duo with 4-6 7-5 14-12.

Jean-Julien Rojer and Horia Tecau were defeated in the men’s double. Andre Sa and the new Roland Garros champion Michael Venus were too strong: 3-6 6-3 10-8.
