Lleyton Hewitt and Alex de Minaur are coming to the Libéma Open. It will be Hewitt’s last time in Rosmalen, the 20-year-old De Minaur will make his debut at the Brabant grass.

Hewitt was the world’s number one in 2001 and 2002 and is still the youngest (20) ranking leader ever. Hewitt has won 30 tournaments, among them, Rosmalen, the US Open (both in 2001) and Wimbledon (2002).

The 38-year-old Australian stopped playing single matches in 2016, but still plays doubles on a regular basis in the ATP World Tour.

The current Davis Cup captain of Australia will play together with his compatriot Jordan Thompson at Libéma Open.

Next Gen
De Minaur is a player of the Next Gen of the ATP World Tour. The 20-year-old player from Sydney won his first ATP title in his hometown and climbed to rankings to 26th position.

De Minaur has good returns and moves very fast on the court. He is also famous for his solid fighting spirit, which is similar to his great example Hewitt.
