Krunic wins first title at Libéma Open

Aleksandra Krunic is the new champion of the Libéma Open 2018. The Serbian defeated Kirsten Flipkens in the final on Sunday, 6-7(0) 7-5 6-1. It is a special victory for the Serbian as it is her first WTA title. Her opponent was also a finalist in the Autotron in 2013.

The final was full of beautiful volleys thanks to the varied play of both ladies. Both 25-year-old Krunic and Flipkens, who is seven years older, like to use slice and move smoothly towards the net.

At 5-1 in the third set Krunic finished a great ladies tournament at the Libéma Open 2018.
