Kiki Bertens and Elise Mertens will be in action on the second day of the Lib\u00e9ma Open. Both ladies belong to the most important contenders to win the title this week when we look at the seedings.<\/p>
Bertens has a difficult opponent in 21-year-old Natalia Vikhlyantseva. Despite her youth she managed to reach the final in Rosmalen last year. The match will not start before 2.30 pm.<\/p>
Belgium\u2019s Elise Mertens will play in the last match of the day. Mertens has made some major steps this year by, among others, reaching the semi-finals at the Australian Open. She also forms a solid double with Holland\u2019s Demi Schuurs.<\/p>
Before the ladies enter centre court on Tuesday, two gentlemen’s matches will be played in the stadium. The first balls will be hit by Australia\u2019s \u2018enfant terrible\u2019 Bernard Tomic, who successfully moved through the qualification tournament, and Cypriot Marco Baghdatis. The 32-year-old player reached the final of the Australian Open 12 years ago.<\/p>
Next to play are StefanosTsitsipas from Greece and Holland\u2019s Tallon Griekspoor. Both players stand at the beginning of their careers and will be eager to prove themselves in front of the public. Tsitsipas played in the final of this year\u2019s prestigious ATP-500 tournament in Barcelona.<\/p>
