The 24-year-old doubles specialist is ranked 21<sup>st<\/sup> on the global doubles ranking. Mertens is ranked 16<sup>th<\/sup> in the singles ranking and 32<sup>nd<\/sup> in the doubles ranking.<\/p><p>Schuurs won her third doubles\u2019 title of the year at the big WTA tournament in Rome together with Ashleigh Barty. In Januari she and Kiki Bertens were best in Brisbane.
