The second seed controlled the match against the Czech opponent Katerina Siniakova (WTA-102) to finish with 6-4, 6-2.<\/p><p>With this victory the former world number one ended her series of five continuous\u00a0 defeats. The Serbian player did not win a single match during the clay season.<\/p><p>Jankovic reached the final on the Brabant grass in 2007 and last year made the semi-final.
