The 30-year-old Pole had never won an ATP tournament before arriving in Brabant this year. He departs with a smile on his face and the winners&#8217; trophy under his arm, following a victory over former champion Alex de Minaur.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"content-visibility-auto\"><p>&#8220;It&#8217;s an incredible feeling and an emotional moment to win my first ATP title here in &#8216;s-Hertogenbosch. I&#8217;m going to enjoy this to the fullest,&#8221; the late bloomer said after his thrilling 6-3, 2-6, 7-6(5) victory over the Australian world-class player.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"content-visibility-auto\"><p>&#8220;My dream has come true. All the hard work I put into it with my coaches and family has paid off.&#8221;<\/p><\/div><div class=\"content-visibility-auto\"><p>The way Majchrzak secured the prize made the title run even sweeter. He became only the second player to defeat three top-10 players in an ATP 250 tournament. Before De Minaur, he had also beaten Daniil Medvedev and F\u00e9lix Auger-Aliassime on grass earlier that week.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"content-visibility-auto\"><p>&#8220;To defeat three top-10 players is surreal. I won&#8217;t lie, it&#8217;s an achievement I&#8217;m very proud of. It was a very strong tournament and a great start to the grass season. I was brave on the important moments this week and lucky here and there,&#8221; said Majchrzak, who is also set to achieve a ranking milestone.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"content-visibility-auto\"><p>&#8220;I&#8217;ve had chances to break into the top 50 before, but I missed them every time.
