The top seed defeated the Kazakh qualifier Elena Rybina in the semi-final with 6-4 6-4.<\/p><p>The duel started later than planned due to the rain and at the end of the first set there was another interval caused by a rain shower. When the match was continued Bertens was able to turn her break advantage into a win and she repeated that at the beginning of the second set\u00a0 against her 19 year old opponent, who played impressively all week.<\/p><p>Bertens will meet the American Alison Riske, who defeated Russian Veronika Kudermetova in an exciting three sets.
